Letters submitted through Letter Pal are treated as private correspondence. We do not publish them, index them for search, or share them with anyone other than the people who need to create and deliver the physical letter.

We collect the sender and recipient details you provide so we can complete delivery, and an optional photograph if you choose to attach one. Admin staff can view submissions only after signing in.

Uploaded photographs are stored privately and are not placed in a public folder. You may contact us to ask questions about the information you have shared.
